Prints

Made to order. Printed true.

Most of the work on Galerin starts as a photograph an artist took of their own piece, on a phone, in the room they made it. What ships is that same piece, floored to the resolution a gallery wall demands and corrected for colour before it ever reaches paper — printed true at full scale, not a downsampled guess.

01 /  How it works

The file is read. The size is set. The print is cleared.

Every file is checked against the size it's being printed at and held to a resolution floor that scale requires. Colour and white balance are corrected at the point of printing, so a warm studio lamp or an overcast window doesn't carry through to the paper. A print is only cleared to ship once it will hang sharp at full scale.

None of that touches the art itself — the correction stops at the file. What arrives on your wall is the piece the artist made, printed true, not reinterpreted. See how artists prepare a piece for print.

02 /  Made when it's wanted

Nothing is printed until someone asks for it.

Every print is made to order, run one at a time, after it's bought — there's no stack of unsold copies behind the piece on your wall. Ink goes down as archival pigment on acid-free paper, built to hold its colour for decades of daylight, not fade by the season.

Packaging is sized to the print rather than pulled from a standard box, which keeps padding and void-fill down to what that piece actually needs.

On the print itself

  • Made to order — no run sits waiting for a buyer
  • Archival pigment ink, acid-free paper
  • Packaging sized to the piece, not the pallet

03 /  A gift, or a room finished

Something for the wall that's still bare.

A print made for someone carries a name behind it — the artist who made it, not a run of thousands. It arrives ready to frame, which makes it an easy gift for a housewarming, a first apartment, or anyone whose walls outgrew their posters.

For your own space, it's the same piece at whatever scale the wall calls for — the thing that finishes a room rather than filling it. If you're building a collection over time rather than choosing once, Wall-Space rounds up the work collectors keep returning to, four times a year.
